Our Elite Training Team
Our skilled, supportive and dedicated training team find teaching Krav Maga and self-defence to be an extremely rewarding experience, with all instructors having taught techniques that have actually worked for practitioners in real life. We teach everybody, including but not limited to serving police officers, military/ex-military personnel, students, NHS staff, builders, dentists, hairdressers, mechanics, IT professionals, solicitors, and almost all professions, this also include victims of domestic violence, and other violent crime survivors, every body is welcome. With over 30 years of experience in teaching and at least double that in learning, our team of brilliant instructors continually train and test at the highest level to keep up to date with the very latest techniques and tactics. We very much believe in the philosophy that you can never learn enough, we just are lucky enough to be able to pass that on to others.

Comprehensive Curriculum
We offer a structured curriculum from the International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF) that covers various aspects of self-defence and fitness.
